convenient amenities helpful staff quick check in 24 hour service
the location is great i found i could easily walk to the terminal. the room included convenient amenities i noticed. the staff were really helpful and quick during check in. having 24 hour tea and coffee was very handy for me.
the room got a little small for my liking, even if it was just for a short stay. not a huge problem for me though.

my room had a comfy bed and good lighting i saw. the bathroom featured clean towels and essential toiletries it had. the temperature control worked properly for me.

the reception staff were always available and ready i could see. they helped answer all my questions it seemed. i got my problems addressed very quickly by staff there.

convenient stay
great location friendly staff
The location was great! it was perfect for my travel needs. Just a quick air bus ride and a short walk from birmingham international to the airport. i found the staff cute and friendly. my room was compact and very clean, providing everything i needed for my visit.
I think the triple room needs some work. i didn't like the separate toilet and shower with the sink in the bedroom. the triple room has a lower double with a single bunk above. I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed because the top end felt claustrophobic.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made catching my early flight SOOO easy!!! The walk was short and direct. The breakfast offered a good variety. It had something for everyone. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always available.
The room felt a bit cramped. It could benefit from more space for luggage.
